Do guests need the host's cloud credentials?
No. Guests never see or use host cloud credentials. The host connects their destination once in account settings. Guest uploads are routed through ToastLedger and synced to the host's connected storage after approval.
Can I review photos before others see them?
Yes. Guest uploads are hidden by default and only visible after owner approval. You have full control over what appears in the shared album.
What if my cloud storage is full?
Hosts are prompted to verify destination capacity when connecting a provider. If storage runs out during sync, you'll be notified and can expand capacity or download a ZIP export instead.
Do guests need to download an app?
No app download is required for the web upload experience. Guests scan the QR code and upload directly from their browser. Native iOS and Android apps provide additional features for frequent guests.
