The terms that govern use of ToastLedger for private event creation, guest participation, and media sharing.
Acceptance and Eligibility
By using ToastLedger, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. Event owners are responsible for obtaining required permissions for minors.
Accounts and Access
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for maintaining secure access to your login methods and devices.
You must promptly report unauthorized access or suspected compromise.
Event Owner Responsibilities
Owners configure event privacy settings, upload windows, RSVP policies, and moderation preferences.
Owners are responsible for ensuring they have rights and storage capacity in connected destination providers.
Owners acknowledge that destination sync may fail when provider credentials expire or destination storage is full.
User Content and License
Users retain ownership of content they upload.
You grant ToastLedger a limited license to host, process, moderate, and transmit content solely to operate and improve the service.
You represent that you have rights to upload and share submitted content.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, harassing, or explicit content in violation of law or event policy.
You may not attempt to bypass account, moderation, rate-limit, or access controls.
Moderation and Enforcement
ToastLedger and event owners may remove content, block users, suspend access, or report misuse to protect participants and service integrity.
Moderation decisions may be based on reports, policy violations, legal obligations, and safety concerns.
Third-Party Services
ToastLedger integrates with third-party providers including cloud storage and email delivery services.
Those services are subject to their own terms and policies, and ToastLedger is not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
ToastLedger is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToastLedger is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, abuse, legal requirements, or security risks.
You may stop using the service at any time.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
